I am not an expert but I did have my 2002 Trailblazer replaced due to Ohio Lemon Law but it may only pertain to new vehicles.
Did you have a warranty or was there any warranty offered as the car being certified? A 118-point inspection is just that, them looking at 118 different items. You should be able to obtain the information via fax from the dealership you bought the car as they should be required to keep records.

Hi southcreek,
Most states do not carry a lemon law for used cars and trucks. Even so, lemon law requires a specific number of repair attempts and/or visits before it qualifies as a Lemon.
If the vehicle you bought was a Dodge Certified you may have some options if it’s still within the warranty period.
Dodge states that certified cars carry a 3mth/3000 mile Limited warranty or the remainder of the original factory warranty. The powertrain warranty is greater.
You should contact the dealership to determine exactly whats covered and if so ask them to repair.
To answer your question about the inspection sheet:
With some Certified programs dealers are required to give you a copy of the inspection sheet that was performed.
Once again you should ask the dealer where you purchased for a copy of this report on your specific vehicle.
As general rule, these reports are required to kept in the history file of the vehicle and should have been signed by the technician that performed the inspection and the sales manager of the dealership.
The below link is a pdf file of what is supposed to be inspected, I don’t believe it’s the actual inspection sheet sample. Otherwise it would have a place for signatures and other criteria.
