I am been living for around 1 year and two months so the owner notified me that she already rent the house so I did not received any notice that the property is been and process to rent so I did not paid my rent this month because I am looking to rent an apartment. I called inland housing fair to get an advise but they told me because I don't have any contract between the landlord and tenant they told me that the landlord has the right to give three days evition when I never received a notice that she already rent the house. my phone number is (909) 986-0175 please call me to se what can I do because the landlord is looking for increase my rent the double that I am paying right now.
