You will have to do some work, but go to martindale.com and start running some searches.

The clerk of the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles has a list of attorneys who are licensed to practice before that court.
You can call or look at the list of names online:

There would be many thousands of names on that list. You will need to narrow your search in some other way to get anything useful.
